This is the community center of the Barouyr Sevag Chapter of Hamazkayin Cultural and Educational Association. Hamazkayin is active in Armenian cultural activities. It has a junior choir called Gakavig, a senior choir called Gomidas, and a theatrical group called Lousartzag 10.
This center houses a library, a garden with a snack shop, and a bookstore.
